One day its nice next day its cold and raining, next day its Hot...fucking up my training and making me feel like shit.

I will say that I did have a REDICULOUS work out today though....Worked out with some friends of mine and destroyed my legs and shoulders. I wish I could have a work out partner everyday. I know I would prolly get pass this platau I have been on.
