Just a suggestion for the people who have been drinking the FOXNews Kool-aid.
On WLIW (on my cable its channel 3) at 7p.m. and then re-runs at 11p.m. BBC WORLD news is on for 30 minutes.
If you want a good journalistic view on all aspects of current events (not just the middle east) it would do you good to watch......
the 24/7 cable news networks in the US (CNN, FOX, MSNBC) have to fill the 24 hours with news so most of it becomes filler and they continually try to make news "sexy" to outdue their competitors.... so before you know it you will be hiding in you basement in Jersey hiding from Bird Flu or World War III
Bekim...

Wasn't a top reporter at the BBC fired after criticizing the way the BBC editors had reported the news at the on set of the Iraqi war?
BBC is the most slanted "blame the west" first news organization in the world.

I do watch their cable station plus read there news on the web, but I wont use that as my only source, they are biased. I watch Fox News for the right side view, CNN for the left side view, MSNBC semi nutral view, BBC for the anti-American views. When will the Aljazeera international channel be up? That will be fun to watch. I read http://english.aljazeera.net/HomePage a few times a day, you can tell from the polls who reads this site.

its all subjective...
to call BBC anti-american or anti-west in my opinion is rediculous..... if they show civilian deaths on their news footage its BECAUSE there is civilian deaths in front of them....these arent actors or maufactured scenes......
when they have a panel of guests, its a WELL-EDUCATED panel from all sides.....
not like some yee-ha ex-general from the states who gives his expert opinion on the region (which sounds alot like the kill'em well mindset i hear so often).... i seriously become DUMBER when I watch FOX..... its such propaganda its unbearble.....
