I am not looking to spend money at a gym cause we all know I cant afford it and I just dont have time and there are no gyms I would go to by my house..

so my question is this..

I have literally gained some unwanted weight and it is all going to my stomach..I remember the days of flat stomach and weariing cute little tops. well I cant anymore cause I feel fat.....

what is the best way to get rid of it. I am doing situps but it doesnt look like its doing anything.. maybe I'm doing them wrong.... I want to know what I can do at home besides situps and jogging..

HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP please

Thank you

Your going to have to do some sort of exercise and since you dont want to go to a gym, I say you should run outside and do push ups and sit ups in your house. The push ups arent going to help your stomach unless you do some sort of modified push up, but it will help keep your upper body tone. Your diet plays a big role as well.

You can always a few more sessions with your BF a week and that will help! lol

If you can't get to gym then morning cardio, either on some domestic home grown equipment or outside especially now that the warmer weather is here is key . Like Kid said the diet is the most important part, I'd say 90%.

Follow these general guidlines and you should be ok..

1) Drink plenty of water

2) Eat 5-7 small meals.. I know you are thinking 5-7 and saying this kid is nuts but the key is small.

3)Restrict yourself from eating any starches past 3pm. The last 2 meals should consist of a protein and fibrous carb ie.. Brocolli, lettuce etc

4) Trying eating whole wheat foods ie.. Whole wheat toast, oatmeal, brown rice but early in the day.

5) Do not elliminate fats all together BIG MISTAKE. In the last couple of meals where you have restricted carbs sub some healthy fats ie.. Olive Oil, walnuts, almonds & Pea-nuts. Please be careful with the nuts because they are calorie dense so don't eat 2lbs.. a handful is sufficient and the added fat will slow down the digestion of the meal so U will stay full longer....

I hope this helps

Starches are cool as long as you have them in the morning-early afternoon. If you eat 6 small meals every 2-3 hours you can eat starches upto the first 3 or 4 meals depending on what time you get up and go to bed.. The most important is that you eat every 2.5-3hours so your metabolism will speed up, the old fad of starving yourself is incorrect because when you restrict calories you slow your metabolism down which inturn limits your weight loss.
