My New Gym - Parisi Speed School

They finally opened the new Golds Gym near my house. I've been training there the past 2 weeks...everything is new...cool new machines...and a great change of scenery.

The coolest thing is that its connected to a Parisi Speed School...

They train kids in Football specific training, JUST like the Combines.
They have a 50 yard turf field and sprint tracks to time you.
I was watching them train yesterday...very cool for young athletes...lots of resistance running and working on form.

If I was back in HS, Id def have taken advantage of it.

They have two of them in jersey places are sick!!!!! Damn iomagine if we had shit like that back in 8th grade.
I actually work next to a gym i just signed up for called sports university. Place is a year old has a 50 yard football feild batting cages 200m sprint track and a full court basketball ( only thing i care about ) everything is amazing. I joined for $120 for a year. Location is bad so now one saw it. So the dropped the price hardcor to get people in.

Its in East Islip. Its owned by the same people as Deer Park and Farmingdale, so you can go to any of them.
Deer Park is right next to my job and the Islip one is on my way home, so I can switch it up. Its funny cuz Islip is mostly people from the Deer Park gym like me.
