I know its not healthy to lose weight rapidly in a short period of time BUT my wedding is in a month and i have been so busy the past 2 months i barely made it to the gym...any ideas of how i can lose the most in the next month?? i really just wanna lose a few lbs nothing too drastic...i think im just gonna eat fish, chicken, veggies, and egg whites for the next month and drink tons of water...any other suggestions??

ummm exercise would work too lolol
control ur portions but drinking a glass of water before u eat so u cant physically overeat because u'll feel full fast

Lots of cardio and weight lifting....and def good to eat lean proteins, veggies, and def try cut down on any white starches (bread, potatoes, etc)

i hope your not planning to lose too much weight cause then you'll have to have alterations done to your dress. and have alterations done within a month of your wedding is cutting it close.

no im not planning on losing a lot of weight just wanted to basically stay where i'm at...i already see a difference..i bartend so i stopped eating anything after work, i started making myself eat when i get up and i cut a lot of things back....
i have my last dress fitting next week so after that i wont change a thing!
