I saw this in the gym. it says it burns more fat, builds lean muscle blah blah blah. but when i look at the nutrition facts, whoaa it has like 8 grs per serving!!! Why is this good, who is this good for? when are u supposed to drink it, after a workout?? speak to me i wanna learn about all these things they have on the gym sales racks lolol

well i'm not tryin to put on more muscle, just tonin up what i already have, certainly dont want more mass. so i guess not for me, spank u

yea muscle milk is not for you if u wanna 'tone'. tone is all about water retention, diet and fat content.

from whta i understand it has somethign in it thats basically like mother's milk thats what makes that difference in how ur muscles look, i duno what it is though, so that stuff is still in the light formula? thats awesome i thought it had somethign to do w all that fat...
