how many do you guys do? generally on larger body part, (chest, back and legs) i do 3-4 sets targetting different regions of each muscle, with 3-4 sets. sets of 10 and maybe 1 all out set.

on smaller ill do 2-3 with 3 sets per

im about the exact same. I love doing triceps though so somethimes i do more

I go to the gym twice a week, and do 4 exercises each time. They range frmo chest to back to shoulders. I don't do anything jkust for arms or legs. The arms get enough from the other exercises, and I jog three times a week for my legs.

wow inever counted how many diff exersises i did for each part.... probably around 3 or 4 different things, depens on time i have...

mon i do chest and back 4 exercises each 4 sets per exercise (10,8, 6, 4)

wed bi's and tri's 4 exercises each 3 sets of 10 per exercise

fri shoulders i usually do 4-5 exercises and legs i do 3

how come legs only get 3 exercises?

i meant 4 my bad, i usually do squats, 5 sets of 5, press, extension, and calf 3 sets of 10

my knees are pretty bad from when i played football in hs, sometimes they kill me when im even walking up stairs.
