hah good for you bro. but remember, your body doesnt need THAT much protein to build muscle. if your taking in 200 grams, and u wanna grow, take 25% more, so thats 225. your body will grow more from healthy fats and carbs.

well i wasnt eating shakes at all and i have no diet lol, so this is a good start

im shooting for mid december or so to get on track :shuffle

i really need to gear a diet towards something a goal, usually a date where i know i will be away in hot weather and no shirt :sun
