I am guessing the principle was a lady...lol And I dont know how short the skirt was but a girl shouldnt be wearing a skirt that short out (unless she is looking for trouble).

i went to all girl school & we wore them all the time with our uniforms. we just wore boxers under our skirts by choice...some girls didn't though- and it was always the girls that really should have :disappoin

actually- they were a required part of the uniform, now that i'm thinking about it.

I rocked over the knee leg warmers this past winter....With the right outfit and shoe, they looked awesome. I love me my tube socks w/ fun shorts in the summer too :WINK

lol thats funny..in grammar school we were only allowed to wear white knee high socks with our spring uniform, for that reason, i hate them!
