I went to Palma, the capital on Mallorca on a winter break last year. Really dull in winter, but the guys in the bar at hotel Puro wholeheartedly recommended their Puro beach concept. According to them it was laid back during the day and the party starts during the afternoon.

If you are there now the weather is around 20-25 degrees celsius so you should pay a visit.
