i hear ya. not a fan of vegas or miami. Atleast miami has the beach, but vegas your stuck in the fucking desert with strippers and gambling degenerates, lol. I'll pass

what resort are you staying at?
Los Cabos Golf Resort is the one im staying at
The water in Mexico is fine....been there 2-3 times a year for last 5+ years, never had a problem...and not just Cabo....Iztapa, Zihuatanejo, Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, Playa Del Carmen, Cozumel, etc....
Montezuma's revenge (the shits) was a problem with tourists in the past, but has been mostly eradicated for a while...

HI guys!!!!
Ok so I stayed at Riu Palace All inclusive Resort! Best place ever to stay IMO.
There was a wide age range of people staying at this hotel. I absolutely loved the hotel because it was very nice and clean and something to do during the day and night. The hotel itself host games and activities during the day by the pool and also have shows etc during the night. It also has the world famous Pacha nightclub. I do have to say it's not like other pacha club it closes at 2am and plays commercial hip hop music :chuckle
We only went for 5 days 4 nights and we had a connection both ways, which wasn't bad at all but there is just soo much to do there I would of loved to stay a week!
We went ATV riding through the mountain/beach, which was great they let you go free for an hour to do whatever. I think the name of the company was Baja ATV got the info at home if you want it.
We also went snorkling and sailing with the company called spin doctor, it went by the arc and hung out there for a lil and than sailed to the other end of cabo where we were able to go snorkling but the only thing is the water is SOOOO cold you don't want too! I found out that because Cabo is on the pacific ocean the water is freezing cold. It was a good experience but unless you don't mind freezing cold water i say just stay on the boat. I think we paid 65 or 85 each for the snorkling and sailing and they give you lunch and all you can drink.
We also did the waverunner for about 40 minutes which is more than enough time.
We went out to the Zoo which was really nice and again played All hip hop, lol DIdn't reallyt make it out except for one night beccause the during the day and laying out def wore me out but everyone did suggest to check out squid roe and cabo wabo but it's more like bar type of places......
The sun is def strong i wore 3o spf and I am black!!! lol
If you need more info just ask. I will post pics later :heart

Are the waves there big enough to surf?
hmnyc...what up?
You can go surfing in Cabo.
http://cabosurfshop.com/index.html
That is location of a surf school and surf shop in San Jose Del Cabo, 20 mins from downtown San Lucas. You can take a lesson or just rent a board and go out. I surfed this spot 2 weeks ago...its good. Easy rolling waves and good rides. Waves were like 4-8 feet that day.
As for whats going on, I will ask my friend who is DJing that weekend at Passion/Nikki Beach and get back to you.

the waves are actually very big, i don't know if you can go surfing though.
No worries.
Only thing is you need to watch out for rocks...its pacific ocean.
I have been surfing about a dozen times, but took a lesson anyway bc was with a group. If you are not that experienced, take a lesson, the instructors were very cool...it was like $60-70 for 2 hour lesson w board rental.
But this is definitely one of the biggest surf spots in Cabo. There is a hotel right there and its called Cabo Surf Hotel.
