Does anyone have any tips on the currency situation in Cabo? I have heard you can use US dollars, but should bring only small bills cause a lot of places scam you out of change.

Does anyone have any tips on the currency situation in Cabo? I have heard you can use US dollars, but should bring only small bills cause a lot of places scam you out of change.
the exchange rate is not hard to figure out
its about 11.7 pesos to 1 US dollar.
Anyway. they all want US dollars.. Its great to go to a country that still does want the US Dollar. And from my Mexico experiences places of higher caliber will give you the option of change in pesos or dollars.
