Whats everyone taking these days?
I feel like Im in a little rut lately at the gym and Im not seeing any progress. The last thing I was taking was NO-Xplode. I liked what I saw when I was on it, but I def needed a break from it.
Right now Im stricltly going on food, protein powders, and my daily vitamins(Multi, B, C).
What are you guys taking? Creatine? New Supps?

I take Centrum Performance which is just a multi with Ginseng & Ginkoba and all that fun stuff. A potassium supplement, GNC Mega Protein 40g's twice a day and ECA once a week.

right now i just take a womans multi vitamin

i read in the abs diet book that vitamin c is good to help the body prevent the secretion of cortisol which causes belly fat when you're stressed (i think thats what i read lol)

should i be taking more c?

depending what's in your woman's multi you may need a calcium supplement. And if you start taking alot of vitamin's it can't hurt to occasionally take milk thistle to support your liver which breaks down everything(not to mention any LUSH activities).

my doc gave me the green light to use flax seed oil... lol, thats my only supplement... flax is full of empty calories (about 140 per teaspoon) and has essential fats that doesnt get recognized by the liver as fat and gets used as energy.. i take it twice a day, hopefully those extra 280 cals will get me over this 214-216 hump and get the fuck to 225 already..

ok so scratch the hypershock..

its basically nitric oxide, in a powder, with 2000 mg of caffiene and 4000 mg of b vitimins. suffice to say i just took it before my workout, and i almost puked in the gym it kept coming up i hate shit like that. see caffiene and me are not friends.

i take a multi, b complex, extra C and A (a for skin since its summer and im exposing a lot to the sun)

protein is the ONLY thing i would force down my throat, if your not taking protein supplementation when working out i seriously feel you are defeating the purpose, unless your eating 5 chicken breats in a day, you need that extra protein, otherwise your body will eat at its muscle.

i eat a lot of natural protein. tuna, chicken titties, soy, yogurt, cheese, milk, steak, crabmeat, shrimp, beans... i try to get @ about 60 grams and im doing pretty well :agree

if you took in 100 grams i garantee you would see a profound difference.

to try and get all that from food alone is very very very hard you'd be eating all day long.

i think if you ate that PLUS a protein shake post workout and one before bed youd see even better results. not saying your not seeing good ones now, but i know from experience food is teh best protien, but having some extra protein in the diet via shakes is the best look totally in my opinion. i got my girl on muscle milk light tasts so good she WANTS to drink it , before bed, and Post workout something more like a whey protein such as EVO pro which also tastes great. theres alot of proteins out there that taste awful and some that taste pretty damn good. shes got a full fledged 8 pack but some of thats genetics too.

i tried a few diff types @ the smoothie bar @ my job. muscle milk was among them... i vomit. :giveup

i have the frozen ones too. get them from natures way. but i find it freshly grinded so much better! the only negative efffect is i find if i take it before i go tothe gym..i get naucious.

also my new vitamin love is the prepackaged to go packs from costco. i carry them with me in case i need a pick-me up - at work

they sell the fresh @ my job for 4$ a shot. there are trays of wheatgrass he keeps on the counter where he cuts it from.

too expensive to take that often but it's def VERY good

i think it's meant to be the very first thing u wake up to. that's how i always understood it :agree

I've been taking:

No-xplode (blue raspberry) - workout days only
3000mg/day fish oil - costco or sams club brand
ON Gold Whey - either french vanilla or double chocolate
GNC Mega Men Vitamin - only 1 tablet a day
Synephrine - once in a while - good for appetite suppression
RLA (Glucorell R) - good if I get stuck with a big carb meal
5-HTP & Melatonin - best combo I use for good sleep.

Plus all the good food basics during the week, I seem to negate everything on weekends lol.

Multi Vitamin, Ester C 1000mg, Protein shake now before and right after my work out (I use to take the Cell Mass right after) and that Noveldex XT or what ever its called that Gaspardi puts out at night.

I am also taking Milk Thistle to help with my liver since I have been popping pills for years and never took any liver support pill.

Make sure you get something to come off that with and take a liver support pill. That shit is harsh on your system.

your running it by itself or with something,

i did it solo a few years ago, sick strength but the sides killed me

and coming off was miserable def use clomids. people say you don't need it

you def do.


i would try to take some sort of light test with it, it killed my libido, my hair,
aand kept me up at night in sweats in the middle of the summer with the a/c on 60 degrees.

if not that then you can rock some tribulus for the gonads.

ill be straight with you, you can even knockit down to 75 eod, unless thats the brew you have. i hated it i as the strong in my life, but it made my joints ache, but again i did it alone. the agression was thru the roof, jumping out of my truck on 86th street looking to fight with someone. nasty nasty.

the EOD killed me too, cause of the BA in the tren shots they hurt like fuck.
i honestly didn't keep that much fmor the tren, the most i ever kept was from EQ, Primo, and winny stack.

Wait until you come off and you loose the strength, its going to be miserable. I never took it but plenty of my friends have and they all love it and then hate the come down. Of course they are on other stuff during it but when it kicks in you know it. lol

i think the agression is from the androgenic effect that it has on your body as opposed to a strictly anabolic effect you would get with like eq. and def buy clomids
