whats everyone here do for core strength exercises..
right now im doing
shoulder bridge
supine bridge
cable crunches..
and core / strength bridge

take out the cable crunches i would do leg lifts in stead (hanging leg lifts from a chin up bar) weighted crunches give you a bulging stomach.

do some swiss ball crunches too.

and also, when training abs/core, you should always work the bottom half first.

great point !!
as this is usually the weakest link in most peoples abs. plus its also the hardest to work out, alot of people think they are working it out but in reality they are woring out there hip flexors if there lower abs are weak.
swiss ball crunches are good too i like to balance.
another good excersice is leg lifts off a bench, lay on a bench ass to the edge, keep knees slightly bent, grab both sides of bench with hands to stabilze yourself, and drop your feet (legs slighty bent the whole time but tightly held next each other with no space between your legs) back flat on the bench, dip your feet below the bench line, and then lift them to almost 2 oclock or as far as you can go, back down to 5 oclock. repeat for 10 reps 3 sets

this is a great one, but i think its for someone who has a strong core already. what you think?

yea its labeled as an advanced exercise, but its a great one
planks, side planks, lunge with med ball twist, ball bridge
