One package of OREOS
one box instant vanilla pudding
one 8oz container of cool whip-thawed

In a bowl make pudding according to package directions. To pudding add cool whip, stir together. Now the FUN part...break up as many OREOS as you want, add to pudding/cool whip mixture...stir all together, refrigerate for a few hours.

NOW since this IS a BB forum you can lower the calories by using reduced-fat OREOS, sugar free instant pudding and reduced fat cool whip

IF you love cheesecake...

Buy a large container of plain fat yogurt and one package of sugar free jello pudding cheesecake mix. Poor the yogurt into a mixing bowl and add the pudding mix. Thoroughly mix the ingredients. After mixing put the mix back into the yogurt container. It tastes EXACLTY like cheesecake. It's ridiculous. Great source of protein ,calcium and no fat!!:yipee

sounds great, but where is the protein from? yogurt isn't a source of protein.

I think the label had said 6 or 7 grams of protein per 6 oz. Which I think is pretty good for for me.

But not for you bigger guys..:king
