I've been doing this "Great Abs" exercise on demand video every day for the past week or so and sporadically before... 7 mins a day and it totally kicks my ass and I am so sore afterwards... it's surprising how quickly I am seeing results too.. for one, I lost 3 lbs b/c of it... and I've only been to the gym once in the last few weeks b/c I was in Vegas for MDW... so I can't attribute my weight loss to that.. anyway I really recommend this! I dunno what channel it is for anyone else but its 1025 on my TV and it is the greatest thing ever!!!:lostit

I have that shit memorized lol.. I dunno how to explain it though loll... let me try
basically its two sets of 7 exercises, (done consecutively obv) for 30 secs each
You lie on your back..
1- you start out w the "hiprocker" where u lift your head slightly and put ur hands behind ur head while using ur core to lift ur butt off the ground and lift your legs over your head and then back down.. but never completely touching the floor.. do for 30 secs
2 - then u place ur hands under your butt, legs straight out, and use ur core to lift your legs up and down in a parallel motion as high as u can, 30 secs.
3 - bicycle for 30 secs
4 - regular isometric crunches - 30 secs
5 - crunch on left side - 30 secs
6- crunch on right side - 30 secs
7 - full body crunch.. this one is so hard to explain, lol. i will have to try to find a pic of it or something...
anyway once u are done with these 7, you start again from #1.

i found this online, hope it helps:
Lie down on the floor on your back and bend your knees, placing your hands behind your head or across your chest.
Pull your belly button towards your spine, and flatten your lower back against the floor.
Slowly contract your abdominals, bringing your shoulder blades about one or two inches off the floor.
Exhale as you come up and keep your neck straight, chin up.
Hold at the top of the movement for a few seconds, breathing continuously.
Slowly lower back down, but don't relax all the way.
Repeat for 15 to 20 repetitions with perfect form for each rep.
To add variation, bring your knees in at the same time you lift your upper body off the floor (full body crunch)
