it may be because you are no breathing. breathing properly is a pivotal part of working out. when you dont breathe, your muscles have no strength. when doing abs, breathe in thru the nose when coming down, and out thru the mouth when coming up

ya man breathing is important, inhale on the way down exhale up (or whavetever excersice your doing exhale on the hard pushing pulling part)
shallow breathing is the main reason you get cramps, i sometimes get them when i run, doubles me over in pain.

ya or did you switch possibly to a new creatine? creatine would give me massive charlie horses in my calves.
do't know bro sounds like you should see a doc if it persists.

I know exactly what your talking about. I only get it though when I work out my abs when they are out of shape or I havent worked them out in a while. If you work them out consistently you wont have the problem

good to know--im gonna try and work them out regualrly, at least just a few sets....but they were pulsating and so tight i was literally doubled over

is it off to the left or right or in the center?
is it a cramp only when you workout or all the time afterwards?
sounds similar to what i had. either way take it easy im sure its nothing.
good luck
