for the light? cookies and cream is my fav, but a tight second runner up is chocolate mint, i know they been making more and more flavors with the light.
but theres a catch,
if you take both bottles side by side, and looking on the light your getting less protein and less serving size (which is why the scooper is smaller) in reality your only saving 100 calories. personally i haven't done the math that well but it seems like only a little less fattening since its smaller servings.

so would the solution be to do 1 scoop muscle milk paired with 1 scoop complete whey
fat would be 8g
carbs would be around 15g
and protein woulpd be around 30g

i think that would work since it would keep calories down and boost up your pro
i hear muscle milk is not a fast acting protien, and its better to take in the AM or at night but post workout whey and some simple sugars are better and more readily used.
to answer JuCrew1's question
muscle milk supposedly mimics human milk, for a spike in growth hormone and insulin levels. its a protein/ meal replacement. it has high fat content but supposedly these are good medium chained triglicerides that help promote leaness.
its a mixture of whey and casiene protiens. along with vitamins and supplements.
how good does it work? still fit to be seen.
how good does it taste? put it this way my girl gags on everything she drinks this stuff like a champ. it taste better than BAD stuff for you thats how good it tastes.
