Do you lose more weight doing cardio first thing on an empty stomach in the morning or after you lift at night?

its been debated over and over and theres no real solid answer. but what i can say is by doing cardio first thing in the morning, it will greatly increase your metabolism for the rest of the day, therefore leading you to burn more calories and potentially drop pounds of fat.
