My gym is the Top 3 floors of an old 5 story Factory...

... of course they put all the leg equipment on the 4th floor lol

So after doin a good leg workout you have to hold onto the railings as you attempt to go down the 5 flights of stairs without fallin on your face lmao

haha, i almost couldnt get up the stairs the other day. it was bad.
