6 tiny abs or 1 big ab?

someone said that yesterday in the gym and i laughed my ass off.. i prefer the latter.. as long as my stomach stays flat i can give 9 flying fucks about having a 6 pack.. im not competing.. besides, usually those who have 6 pack abs are under the mendoza line, and i try not to associate myself with those people..

lol i agree....getting that 6 pack is not a goal of mine. i just wanna have a strong core.
