I keep yelling at my mom for her smoking habit. She used to smoke and quit cold turkey. She was doing great for YEARS. She had breast cancer almost 5 years ago and SURVIVED and now all of a sudden she started smoking again. I keep telling her, "it's 2007- people are about being healthy and youre going backwards." I don't know how a woman can over come something like cancer and than put all that shit into her body. Makes me so upset.

wow - its a hard habit to kick. Your mom is a survivor damn. Just keep reminding her how bad it is....that wont make her quit but it will give her something to think about. :agree

when i was in the shower this morning i realized how much self control this whole quitting thing has taught me...that if i want something bad enough i will, instinctivly - do it.

next.....walking 1 hour every morning. Lately ive been sleeping so well that i dont want to get up...but i have to start soon.

its like smoking - ill do it, when im ready too.
