how long should i do cardio without burning too many calories but still losing body fat???

it depends. i personally say no more than 45 (MAX) after a weight session. if you do intense weights, you can put in 15-20 min of HIIT

if you want to loose weight, optimally you should do it 3-5 days a week. and HIIT twice a week in between days.

so do cardio - HIIT - cardio - HIIT - cardio
