aww that sucks

I do Great Abs everyday (well Mon - Thurs b/c the other days I do abs @the gym).

If u don't have the channel, may as well just buy the DVD.. the purpose of these programs is basically to advertise the DVDs.

I am, or I should say I was, but then I ate like shit last weekend and didn't eat consistently well this week either so I am not too happy w how my abs are looking this week lol. Last week they were great though, but in general yes the 7 mins a day does wonders I think.. and it made me lose 4 lbs lol.

I think the program on Demand expires in August.. I will definitely buy them after that b/c I'm so used to the routine now I would feel empty w/o it lol.
