Yoga in Midtown East....

i wanted to take a yoga class today during my lunch break. Can anyone recomment a good spot btwn 50th - 35th around lex/3rd/2nd?

your lunch break is not enough time to take a yoga class and shower. Do you get 2 hours for lunch?

I go to Crunch in Union Sq. It's one stop from Grand Central. I don't see any afternoon yoga classes listed, but they have a lot at 7am or 6-7pm.

The location at 31st and 2nd (next to Kips Bay Theater) has only one lunchtime class during the week: Tue at 12:15pm, Virgin Yoga. They also have after work.

Best bet is prob to find a private studio. :)

i dont care about showering..lol. but your right they are 1.20 min - shit shit shit.

some places have an express 1 hour yoga.......
the only thing is that i have to cover the receptionist for 1 hour each day when she goes to lunch.........UGGG and she goes at 12:30.....maybe she wouldnt mind going at 1:30?
