he's so funny too bc he's very health concious but he binges and is also a midnight eater :booted

im trying to convince him that WE both need to stay away from those treats for a LONG time....but should he cave in - i dont wanna go with him.

Tell him if he's gonna eat crap, so are you...and ALOT of it!!
Ask him if that cheescake he's about to eat is worth having to bang a fat broad for the rest of his life?!?! lol

I could NEVER be with someone who brought crap in the house. Once in a while when you are out if one thing, but I dont bring crappy foods into my house.

my girlfriend is the same way.

that's hard one. but when you're dieting you do need a cheat day at least one cheat day a week to help you keep sane(no more than that). tell him that you want to eat the junk food out, on your cheat day...not to buy any junk when food shopping.

better yet.....you guys can do if one of you have a sweet tooth, find some dessert recipes on the body building forum. some of them don't taste bad, and can be good for you.

my girl eats healthier than me and also more often. Neither of us really likes junk food, although I crack on the weekends for fried stuff

well don't be completely restrictive about what you can and cannot eat, b/c in the longrun it will cause you to binge which is never good...if he likes his treats, try to enjoy them together on a sunday or "cheat day"....otherwise if you try to cut ALL bad food, you will cave and eat wayy too much of it when you do!

i hear you. :keke

but this one is really good, you'll love it. it comes out so crispy out of the oven too.

i get some tomatoe sauce from my aunt, and i'll pile some some mozz(i try to get the fresh low fat), broccoli, onions, peppers, black olives and mushrooms. comes out banging.

yeah good luck with that lol...every single human being is affected by food intake...and noone gets off free - even if they tell you "I have a fast metabolism" - it catches up! Some effects of your food intake are apparent and very noticeable like heaviness/overweight but some not so apparent like cholestrol amd sugar problems

If you love someone - you are concerned with what they eat especially if they eat very unhealthy :agree .....At least I would hope people are because youll turn around one day and it will be too late

Now I drink half a milk shake and my ass jiggles for a week

Very true.. a lot of unhealthy lifestyle habits that we practice in our 20's do not necassarily even affect us 'til we're in our 30's!

oh I'm not by any means saying for her to hoover anything she sees....but hey if she wants to indulge here or there, I'm not gonna stop her. As long as she stays healthy & active, that's fine by me. :)
