acne on the back

la la loris thread reminded me does any one know a good treatment for back acne on men? i use clearisil on my face and it is always clear but i hate my back :pullhair its not that big of a problem but i guess im just self conscious about it...anyone have any suggestions?

I actually have this too ..and I HATE it. Granted I have always had bad skin, so, I always attribute it to that.

Honestly, Forca, I;ve noticed that it helps if you a lil if you concentrate on cleaning DIRECTLY with dsoap etc when you shower. Sometimes we neglect our backs ..cuz its hard to reach. I think if u have backne, you need to address it even more.

Also, I know proactiv makes specific products FOR the back. I havent tried them, but I know they make it. SO, you may wanna look into it.

If yur prone to acne yur prone regardless. My hubby had it in HS and luckily for him he has cleared all up.

I would just say to use a loofah because you can't scrub your own back and also, take advantage of the summer and be sure to expose yur back to the :sun ...it works wonders to dry and clear up pimples.

LOLOLOL im 170 pounds soaking wet and havent been to the gym in years...def not juicing...unless my parents are putting it in my food like little hercules hahaha :hmmm ...i was thinking of writing not juice related but then it looks like a guilty consience thing and yea its not disgusting like i said im just self conscious about it...if i have one pimple on my back its too many for me

PS...thanks christyne im going to miami tomorrow so hopefully the sun and saltwater can help clear up any blemishes and a loofah sounds like a good idea and thanks nocturnale i will look into the proactiv products right now...i appreciate it

when i was younger i got this a lil on the back of my shoulders. My dermatologist gave me some benzoyl peroxide body wash, and it went away in a couple wks. Never came back.

Get a scrip for differin works like a charm or low dose accutane

Get some 90 proof rubbing alcohol and use that for a few days. It will clear it right up. Use a good lotion though cause your skin is going to get really dry.

Other then that, wash your damn skin, use an exfoliater too and get a back scrubber.

If your skin is really bad I heard Clorox will clean that shit up in a few days, just dilute it with water the first few times.
