Anyone familar with the birth of the moderation college application process knows it was an anti-semetic move by Ivy league officials created to screen out all the Jews who were doing so well on battery entrance exams in the 20's and 30's and attending Columbia in mass #'s, so is it really a suprise that their is anti-semetism from enrooted in these institutions?

There is no reason why Ahmadinijad cant come and speak at this university. Its an academic forum and he will be fielding questions in an open debate.

Dialogue is an important step towards diplomatic solutions. The right wing lunatics that have hardons to bomb Iran are outraged that he is invited to speak. They can go fuck themselves. I wish I was able to get a ticket to hear this debate, only 600 were given to the students and im out of town :(

Whether he wants to make a fool of himself or talk seriously about our two countries and how we can get over our differences and work towards a mutual compromise (giving them security gaurantees and economic helps in return for the nuclear program, Iraq, Israel, etc) ..... is up to him ... but inviting him to talk is a productive thing, shows that we arent all neocon chimps.
