nothing better than a nice little pork chop or cutlet, some adobo a little extra virgin and some lime juice, with some virgo spanish rice and a little salad. i could eat it every night.

forget the cutlets, you need a nice thick chop for that like we did a couple weeks ago. and then put the garlic in the chop before you put it on the grill :spitfall :spitfall

cutlets, I'd rather have a nice tender milk-fed veal... or chicken cutlets of course.
veal marasala :spitfall pork cutlets become chewy very easily, and a bone in chop is much more juicy and tasty.

When you go to the right butcher you dont need it pounded they slice it thin
