LOVE spinach so much.

I get the frozen kind, boil them in water, drain, add some olive oil, a little salt and some garlic. SO GOOD.

Have you ever had spanakopita? U would def like it if you like the spinach/feta combo. Its a Greek spinach pie with a filling of spinach and feta cheese, sometimes containing green onions and egg. The filling is wrapped in layers of phyllo pastry with butter and/or olive oil, either in a large pan from which individual servings are cut, or rolled into individual triangular servings.

I can eat a million before I am sick of it....Chris' yaya makes them from scratch and they are amazing........you can find variations of it in a diner too....usually called Spinich Pie on most diner menus.

Nothing like home made though!!!

YUP! thats exactly what my mom does LOL
i just add the feta though :rubhands
