that Miami needs a friggin Techno party...and i am not talking half ass shit...like on a fucking Wed. night...i am talking Friday, Saturday or even a Sunday (afterhours)!!! comments?

im trying and trying
its not so easy considering its not main stream here, and hardly anyone knows what it is.
im friends ith many djs and booking agencies and getting the talent is not the problem, hell i even have a few sponsors to pay for everything.
the problem is that people dont stick together in florida, if we had just a good crew of 20 people who liked techno and knew about it, we would have a start..
if each person brought just one friend to a party every time the numbers would double..
peopel here dont like to do things unless its with the masses, but im working hard on a few projects that soon hopefully will pay off nicely..
i got tronic treatment on my side lookin to help out and i asked andy and steve (urban) to help out but they just lazy asses(haha i know u guys gonna read this :) )

but to tell you what jess
hawtin,jeff mills, mistress barbara and many others are gonna be here soon enough

I agree, but like andrew says its hard to get something like that started. I was just in a debate about this last night with Pete actually. Trying to get a techno party started in Miami is next to impossible right now, but i have a feeling Techno will take the place of House soon enough. By WMC next year I bet Techno will rule!

Techno afterhours would be the way to "first" introduce it...IMO...but i would def. hit these parties regardless....

Crobar Chicago used to have techno in the upstair Mezz - that shit was ova! Dj Apocolopys spinning.. it was bad-ass, packed wall to wall;) ;) ;) ;)
