omg
just cooked this
its still hot and i sampled it.....so good. the mini choc chip morsals made this orgasmic!

pie shell
i bag mini morsals
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Prick pastry shell in several places with a fork and bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes. Remove
combine sugar, corn syrup, eggs, vanilla, salt, morsals, and pecans. Mix well, then pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.

The ley is to make sure they are the MINI's not the regular size.
It makes the choc taste very subtle yet a great addition to the pie

This reminds me of the choc chip pecan pie from The Pie Guy (not sure if they sell that brand around NY or not). Its basically tastes like choc chip cookie dough in a pie crust, its unbelievable! :spitfall
