Ok so to keep it on the topic Aurora can suck a fat one. My mortgage just went up an extra $200/month. Apparently they weren't escrowing out enough to pay my taxes at the end of the yr, and was $1500 short. So they rolled that into my mortgage pymt on top of the difference they weren't escrowing out to begin with. :pullhair.

Yea this happened to me but not to that extent. They wanted to increase my payments $18 a month but I just paid off the extra tax that escrow didn't pay and my payment actually came lower after that, since I was making a couple of extra principle payments.

yea for now i'll just leave it be i guess, until I can scrape up some extra cash to pay it in lump. I was just getting good w/ budgeting my shit though, and this was thrown into the mix along w/ my yrly increase on my condo maintenance.
