North Shore Abstract is great to do business with. In a market where there are so many hidden junk fees it is hard for a person to tell what is legit, and what is going right into someones pockets. Andy's company provides a great service without all the junk fees. This helps Loan Officers, bc you have a lower, actually legitment closing costs to go over with your client. Nothign worse when you deal with a company that charges a $350 email fee....lol
