Loan on HELOC $25K
Appraised value roughly $180-190K....i'll have to check (i know thats a big range)

If you really want to know your optins. Pm me your monthly income, and your SS#, and I will take look into it. I highly doubt that there is going to be a benefit to you imo, but I guess it doesnt hurt to look.

yea I bought it back in 2004. My ARM is gonna reset soon, and trying to see if I even have options here.

well if that score is true i dont see a prob with you getting a loan with no bank statements plus i dont see you having a problem using your investments instead of bstmts

one thing im worried about is that i had a gap in employment for 4 months. I think that's gonna be the deal breaker.

Yes, but there is a huge difference between getting a loan, and getting one that is benficial to him.
Ant, when is it ready to adjust? Check out your closing docs my man. That interest rate could get very ugly. Check out your truth and lending to find out what index you have and what the margin is.
