if anyone here is a broker and is not making the same money that u once were.you need to come work for me. my company is doing shit that no one else is doing i promise u.pm me if your serious. i fired 3 people this weeknd and were now hiring new blood..you must have a car and you must be serious. this is for people who want to make a min of 80 grand a year.

it has to do with 2nds and constuction. thats all i can say. but we have the best leads ever. ive been in the biz since the 90s and belive me i know wat im talking about.

unsecured lines of credit, to give business owners working capital.. lets say a borrower wants 100k you charge 10points up front..10,000 and you get them to take your credit card machine which pays 6points ysp 6,000 plus you get a % of every dollar swiped on the credit card machine and receive it for as long as they keep it.
16k gross on 100k no par 41 plus residual income
not so bad.. all you have to have is a business for 2 years.

Its funny bc people can get that money from the gov for free. It is just not quick like this. Unsecured lines of credit are nearly impossible to get.

what they do is they generally take .20cents on every dollar swiped until the loan is paid.. usally par +3%.. also they are qualified based off there current credit card sales.. and people are getting unsecured lines of credit all day..

Yeah, someone offered me a management job doing this in the city. Not for me. I will never be in that type of atmosphere every again. I dont like it.
