one of by bosses used to work for cafe boulud and they deep fry the potatoes first and then finish them in the pan. i hate homefries and these ones make me :jerk

from scratch as apposed to a home fries making kit? lol thats are freaking potatoes and onions :chuckle

my beef with home fries is its hard to find a place with really good ones and easy to find a place with crap ones. they always look good and fake you out.
