crepe manicotti

So all day yesterday I helped my family out at my pasta place for the holidays. We recently started making crepe manicotti and the smell from the crepes was amazing! I can't wait to try them! Anyone ever try crepe manicotti before?

Oh and also (I haven't been there in a while) we started making sweet potato gnocchi. I can't wait to try those either!
