I had the most amazing appetizer on NYE at this restaurant called Harry's/Bayards on Stone Street (Downtown).

I never had lamb before, but I love the taste and texture of the meat.
Anyone have any delish lamb recipes? :spitfall

I make really good lamb chops cooked with olive oil, rosemary, garlic and cognac :spitfall
