chop it off, even shorter than ur shouder, maybe to your chin, i actually think that cut would look great on you! especially cause your hair doesnt really curl right? and you always have it pin straight, which is perfect for that cut..i honestly think you shoul do it. Oh and highlights, keep the base how it is and put some honey brownsih highlights, with a couple really light ones in the front :agree

I would think that you would look great with shorter in the back and longer in the front, but you did say that you have trouble with volume. My sis has the same hair type as you, and I think yours might be too fine for that....maybe I'm wrong but that's my guess. Layers look great on her. I know they can be a pain, but once you get the hang of styling it it will be a piece of cake.

Maybe just go to your sylist for a consultation. They should be able to give you some suggestions for your hair type.

Don't cut your hair off unless you are absolutely going to love it for a long time! I chopped mine off in September and I loved it for the first 4 month but got over it quickly....I am growing it out and it is taking FOREVER I feel like it stopped growing! I cut it really short in the back and now it is taking forever for the back to grow out and match the front....I don't suggest anyone to cut their hair short unless you want it to be short for a long time..try changing the color maybe or just cutting it a little..just my suggestion!
