Ive been running on and off for about 20 years its a matter of starting off small work on distance completion and not speed, speed will come later run 1 mile every other day then 2 miles and build you renduranc and increase distance and time, currently i run 5.25 miles 3 days on 1 day off and once a week a long run 10 miles 12 ect
