Everyone should own one! I know the majority of people cannot pull their own bodyweight and these things are cheap, easy-to-install training tools. Hang it somewhere you'll be forced to engage it like on your bedroom....no fuck that, bathroom door. How many times a day you drop a duece or drain the weasel? Hit up a quick 5 piece everytime and you'll see impressive gains quick.

The guy I bought my apt from was nice enough to leave a chin up bar in the kitchen doorway. Two sets of twelve every morning when I wake up. Better than coffee :agree

i need to get a different one....the one i have fucked up my doorway. It pushes against the 2 studs, and pushed everything outta wack. I like the ones that wrap around the top moulding and hook around. Seems a lot more secure than the one i have.

Those are the shit! Harder to find, but better and more secure.

I have always wanted to just buy the wrack set up they sell for like $100 bucks....but I know it would be nothing but a eye sore in my yard. But I might just get one and start to do my workouts outside when this weather gets warmer cause I dont need the gym when I do my cross-fit type workouts on the weekend.

my last apartment had one, that shit is the greatest, only down side, is most of the times your arms apart are a little wider than the doorway, but alternating chins and pull ups, and leg lifts at 4:30 in the AM getting dressed for factory was the shit! lol

i was thinkin of putting one in, but its pretty ugly to have considering the set up of my apt, where the bedroom is next to livign room, so peiople would see it,

but I def love doing these in teh gym,

nothign beats excercises like these,

but I also agree with Chris, you cant get a wide enough gripe to really benefit from full use of one of these
