I debated buying the ab rocker but didnt have to because my mother ended up ordering it first. So I just used it for the first time and here s my little review
The chair is comfortable. It has good neck support but u have tp put ur hair up or it will get caught when u roll up...The work outs that come with it are short maybe about 5 minute each but provide a nice work out...it also came with 4 different levels or resistance but i cant figure out how to work them yet, they all look exactly the same...My goal is eva longorias ab's :agree
I should probally drop the beer from my diet :shuffle thats gonna be difficult

I personally don't like ab machines, something is very contradictory about making an exercise easier while still maintaining effectiveness, but that's just my opinion.
I don't know how dedicated you are to getting into the shape you want, or how close you are, but I would focus more on the exercises found here: http://www.abs-exercise-advice.com/best-ab-exercises.html
I don't see how people use these machines and get into shape, and get an effective workout, but to each his own.
You'll get better results, faster, and a stronger core from doing the exercises listed in that link.

I will try them out..I look peeped the site for a minute
I have the 2008 womens health training guide..It has lots of good stuff for the core..I would say I am not far from my goal so it shouldnt be to hard, just have to get myself into a routine and now that i have a goal set it will make getting there alot easier
I dont have to lose inches or pounds..Just sculpt the muscles
