Anyone ever use these? Worth the 40 bucks? I'm getting a regular pushup/pullup routine going at home with a doorway pullup/chin bar and pushups in the mix, but if it's the same or worse than regular pushups I don't want to bother.. it makes sense but since its an infomercial product I don't trust it lol

yeah, ur prob right..

what about the rotating though.. is it gonna make me have degenrative joint disease or something? I actually dislocated my shoulder when I was younger but I'm pretty sure it's completely healed by now (haven't had an incident since I was around 18 playing basketball, it used to pop out easily).. I'm kind of nervous when it comes to my shoulders. But this sort of looks like it might help with that anyway..

My boss has them at work.

At the end of the night I see 5 guys competing to see who can do more.

Its like a goddamn pissing contest.

He swears by them though :agree Says they are worth the money.

one of hte main purposes of it i believe is t obe easy on the joints. Because it can rotate your arms arent locked in a certain position causing extra stress. If i seen one on the street id probably pick one up for 20-30$

I use them every morning. Love them. There are a few variations on the website, as well. The knockoffs probably work just as well, but maybe less durable over time. I'd say they are worht the 40 bucks :agree

No, not worth $40, but definitely worth the $19.95 I got them for at Walmart! They are the only infomercial product I would trust. They fuck you up.

I got the knock off's and I think they are def harder to do then normal push-ups or even the regular push-up bars.

If you really want to try something else with push-ups try this. Put one hand a little further out then normal and put your other hand a little further back then normal and do push ups that way. Switch it up each set.

You can also do push-ups with one leg in the air and the other one in the normal position. You will hit some of your stabilizer muscles doing it this way. Alternate each set as well.
