I eat a grinder maybe once a week. I've cut back significantly on all starches, grains, and legumes over the past month and it has made a remarkable difference!

ive always been lean as it is....so cutting out the bread and pasta completely has made a big difference...
after june i'll go back to whole grain/wheat every now and then or a wrap...
but theres nothing like some garlic bread made fresh with some semolina....mmmmmmmmm...

Aside from aesthetics, it really hampers performance also.

Not those kind of carbs. Fruits and raw veggies. I used to think this too.

majority of bread pple eat is processed flour or wheat flour...
even most wraps contain the same if not more calories than bread...
i try to stay away from processed food as much as possibles now a days anyway...
100% whole oats is good....but i stay away from the instant even if its low sugar because theres still plenty of it...although quaker makes an Organic Instant Oatmeal now...which doesnt have all the junk and only takes 2 minutes to heat up some water...

i have cut out alot of carbs out of my diet as of late, i notice y0u really don't or at least I really dont' need all that much carbs let alone food to maintain a good strong regimen.
breads being a big one. but i can't say all carbs is bad, whole grain pastas, whole oats bread, whole wheat pita, oatmeal, sweet potatoes never did me wrong if anything always made me stronger in the end.

That diet is a joke---and the concept behind the diet uses faulty logic, and its intended to persuade the easily persuaded. We did not have computers in the Paleolithic Period but I am not ging to boycot the internet. And the science behind it is skeptical---always talking about toxis in shit like raw foods and seeds, neglecting to mention that nothing will happen to human body by eating a seed, maybe a samll organism whoe digestive system can't handle it. Anyway I wont go on a rant about all the bs of that diet. I truely think it can only persuade cavemen though.

Yeah it's still bread, but white flours take a long time to break down in your digestive system.
I am at the point now where I don't even like white bread anymore, nor regular pasta.
It takes about two months, but if you consistantly stay away from white flour and white bread and eat wheat bread, you will probably won't want to eat white bread or regular pasta.

More tanned, more flexing in second pic, so the pictures are not comparable. Keep in mind that you probably did not lose a lot of fat in six weeks, what you lost if anything was water form the subcutaneous layer. But keep it up. Your body fat was low to begin with, so your boy will hold on to that rmaining fat for dear life, that is, it will take more than six weeks to say that you have lost any significant amount of fat weight.

Dont be silly it is packaged in a cylindrical container and harvested from the grain/grass it grows on, so of course it is processed, juts not to the extent of AP flour.
