How do I make them go away?

I ran anyway today, ignoring the pain. I took Excedrin Body, and nada. Halp pls :wallbang

stretch and get a good pair of running shoes.

You can roll them out with a massage tool, they have this massage roller at my gym that I use when I get them. It is extremmmmely painful in the beginning, but it will roll them out, and you'll be able to do your cardio again. You have to apply pressure and roll over the affected area for atleast a minute to roll them out. Unless you have a high tolerence for pain, it's probably not for you.

I think I am becoming a masochist from doing this. :)

like deeper said get good running shoes, take some ibuprofen, ice 10 minutes at a time, an hour b4 u workout, right after u workout and b4 u go to bed... or at least right u workout.

and dont run on hard surfaces like concrete

I stretch before I work out, and after...I wear Airmax 180s to run also. Should I switch to NB or Asics or something????

I can handle pain- but idk about that :shuffle

I either run on a treadmill- which is a diff tread than I am used to bc I am in a new place - or the track. I am def going to ice tonight.

Could it be bc there is not enough shock absorption in the treadmill?
