tuna?

so.....i'm guessing this should go in the food forum but since i need ideas based more on healthy options----any good recipes or ideas on how to have tuna? i like it w/ mayo but being that i cut mayo out of my diet, i need assistance :shuffle

Trader Joe's has a wasabi mayo that is really good 100 cals/tbsp. but usually I'll use a little less like 1/2 tbsp. and extend it w/ some olive oil
