taurine is natural (eggs, milk, etc.) and its good for your heart
black coffee is a bunch of caffeine.

Are using it purly as an energy supp? Let me know how it works. i take a b complex with amino ginsing ginko etc... midday i hit the red bull, but that shits a quick fix.
