Anyone taking this and does the brand really matter? I heard Z mass pm was the best one but that has been discontinued by the manufacture.

Thx guys. I def notice my recovery is faster when I take zma. Not only that but I am sleeping less.

I have never tried there products, have you ever tried anything eles from them?

I never got any results from ZMA, best sleep aid/recovery product like that which I have seen results and liked was GABA. Take that on an empty stomach in within weeks I was getting more ripped. But I stay away from all Neurotransmitters now...lol
