Does anyone know how to effectively burn muscles while staying in shape? I think I'm too muscular and want to trim down to have more of a slender model physique than a weight lifter physique... Would cutting out all weight lifting and just doing cardio do it? Or just very light weight lifting with high reps and a lot of cardio? Should I cut back on my protein intake (currently eat about 1g of protein for every lb I weigh) to stop facilitating muscle growth?

just spit instead of swallowing that should cut your protein intake down by alot and youll be good

I know it goes against the convention of guys wanting to be big and built... but I just don't think that's "in." I think women are attracted to guys who are very slender... hence the reason more and more male models are ditching the muscles. A lot of the clothing I wear is designed for slim figures, so I find myself not really fitting into some shirts where the arms are way too tight, etc. I really just want to burn off some of the muscle in my arms, chest, and back to create a slimmer physique... I'm at the age where being strong doesn't really mean much to me... but being really fit would be a +.

try concentrating on cross fitness. cardio and resistance training at the same time

Start running. I think you phrased your question wrong. BUt realize that, it may not be in your genes. I will never look crackhead thin likle kate moss, but my goal is just to be tight. You're in good shape, why are you trying to impress women by looking really thin? I personally like thicker men, but hey, whatever makes you happy. Like I said, stick to the cardio....

honestly, my personal taste... DO NOT LOSE ANY MORE MUSCLE....

most women i know do not go for guys that are anorexic looking like the ones in the ad you posted.....

cross fit.

your not going to burn miuscle tho you never want to burn muslce.

you can easily slim down. lay off heavy weights do alot of calisthenics.

being lean and slim is 1 thing being anorexic is another, these guys are on film in real life they are like marathon runnners.

train MMA youll drop tons of weight fast.

they cut these jeans for women , im a 34 waist i coulnd't get it past my knee...
36 too. i had to go up to a 38 to even be able to not castrate myself in them... suffice to say i tossd em back on the rack.

your making millions of dollars @ your i-bank with a degree in fictional writing and you started up and ran a shelter for battered & abused women, what do you care what they think, with all your pros they're falling at your feet right? You could give the guys in wedding crashers a run for their money.
